• You agree to pay PosePeeps LLC for repair or replacement costs for any damaged, lost, or stolen items, not to exceed the replacement value of the Equipment and props.

 

3. Limitations of Liability

1. Maximum Liability: PosePeeps LLC’s total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Equipment rental, except where gross negligence is proven.

2. No Liability for Indirect Damages: PosePeeps LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
